I’m a functional movement & strength coach, & holistic nutritionist with over 15 years’ experience in helping people feel stronger, more energised and at home in their bodies - through every stage of life.

Body Intuition was created from a deep belief that health & wellbeing should feel supportive, personalised, attainable & sustainable - not overwhelming or impossible.

After years of working in the fitness & nutrition space I saw too many people being pushed into rigid systems that ignored  the impacts of stress, life demands, hormones & individual history.
